our stay at holiday inn express in monaca was amazing. the breakfast choices were incredible and the staff was friendly and accommodating. we felt at home and loved the personal touches like the bags for takeaway food and the coloring books for our child. it exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable and well-equipped room. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

our second stay in monaca was even better than the first. the staff at holiday inn express were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay luxurious. the room furnishings were a bit dated, but the size of the room and bathroom were perfect for someone with disabilities. the collapsible removable seat in the bathroom was a game-changer for bathing.

First off, I got incredible value for my money at Holiday Inn Express. The room was spacious and temperature control was spot-on. The staff treated me like a VIP, always friendly and helpful. And let me tell you, the free coffee was a great way to kickstart my mornings. The breakfast spread was impressive, with hot eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes. I really appreciated having Direct TV instead of the usual cable.

Breakfast delights, but I wish it lasted a little longer.

The hotel staff at this location were incredible. They went above and beyond when I had a request, even calling nearby restaurants to check their closing times. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to a shopping mall and many restaurants. Additionally, the hotel had free computers and a printer available for use.

There was an issue with missing items from one guest's room.

The bed was comfortable, and the gym was sufficient for a good workout. Staff were friendly and receptive.

The hotel staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, even late at night. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast had fresh and hot food, even when it was close to closing time.

The bathtub area in the room needed some maintenance, with cracked caulk and peeling wallpaper. There was also mold visible near the shower drain area.

The hotel was recently renovated and the cleanliness was impeccable. The rooms were standard and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even moving us to another room when our air conditioner made noise. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and the highway.

During our stay, we had some items disappear from our room. When we informed the management, it seemed like they were already aware of such incidents happening.

It was very clean, everyone was amiable! Breakfast every morning was free. We appreciated the amenities, such as a seating area, ironing facilities and a work desk. Would recommend this place and cant wait to go back.

Ideal location, GOOD breakfast with lots of food. Everything in the room was very clean. The restaurant was located within 800 feet.
